Shipping, freight, logistics and delivery… to us this is all about getting you great wines, as quickly as we can, and in the best possible condition. How we are able to do that, however, will be quite different depending on where you are.
The applicable delivery charges will always be displayed during the order process, where we will also clearly communicate expected delivery times. We aim to offer a selection of delivery choices to all customers, including delivery to your door and local collection. Due to our large geographical footprint, it is difficult to provide detailed information here about how this will work specifically for you and your delivery, but if you want more personalized information on any of these topics, please do get in touch at contact@labelwines.com
Our delivery service will always be governed by the specific terms set forth during the ordering process and local laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, all items like cost, timing, method, and mode of delivery. As our delivery times depend on items like international sea-freight, air freight and local delivery, no guarantee can be made as to the accuracy of the delivery estimates set forth at time of order placement. However, with our warehousing hub being based in the Netherlands we are optimally organized to make deliveries quickly and efficiently all across Europe.
